  2. Your Personal Information packet will be reviewed by the board in order to approve your application for the bid process.

  3. Upon approval, you will be notified that your bid will be considered when opened on April 15th.

  4. The sealed bidding window is from January 15th, 2024 till noon on Monday, April 15th,2024

  5. Unfortunately, any bids received after 12 noon on April 15th, 2024 cannot not be considered. If we do not have your complete packet, we will offer the property to the next highest bidder. 

  6. The sealed bids will be opened on April 15th, 2024 by 3 or more members of the TIMM Board of Directors.
